I-Coach is another digital innovation which provides live training that can be delivered as 1-2-1 or group training session and can easily be integrated into the workday. Sales teams and individuals can engage with the I-Coach and then apply what they learn immediately in real customer interactions. Our I-Coach solutions:

  • Deliver targeted skills training accessible to coachees on the job from a PC or tablet.
  • Consolidate training into manageable segments no longer than 45 minutes.
  • Focus on allowing coachees to immediately apply what they learn in real workplace interactions.
