This case study explains how DEKRA worked with an industrial chemicals client to develop a bespoke programme for its maintenance team, based on the principles of values-based leadership. The approach included a Culture of Care Diagnostic™, leadership training, a Vision and Values session, HSE days, a SafeMindSafeBody© workshop and ongoing coaching support.
The programme was designed to help the team define its purpose, strengthen leadership behaviours and support a way of working where leaders and the workforce can hold each other accountable for safe and reliable performance.
