A day in a life and the impact you’ll make
DEKRA have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Dealer Development Coach to join the Daimler Truck UK Limited aftersales improvement programme.
You will be responsible for providing aftersales coaching to the DTUK network, delivering expertise in aftersales process delivery and management in line with DTUK service processes.
This is a key role working with one of our major clients and as such you will be required to influence change at all levels within the business in support of delivering the programme aims, objectives, key performance improvement measures and desired return on investment.
What you’ll do
· Regular liaison with DTUK Project Manager, DEKRA Project Manager and other stakeholders
· Recognise, report and resolve process failings and departmental concerns
· Support the DTUK Project Manager in the achievement of project outcomes
· Create realistic and achievable implementation plans
· Coach Dealer Management in their role in the new way of working
· Coach Supervisors, Technicians and workshop support staff in their new roles
· Support the effective use of integrated DMS and manufacturer systems
· Enthusiastically support the delivery of sustained process and behavioural change
What you bring
· Experience of performance management
· Assertive and communicative approach
· Strong knowledge and experience of workshop daily operations and aftersales process
· High degree of proactive input, planning, ownership and responsibility for the financial and operational outcomes of the project
· An automotive aftersales background
· Familiar with DMS system
· Knowledgeable in change management methodologies
· Able to train and coach dealer staff and management to change their process and ways of working
· Have the ability to rapidly build positive working relationships
· Able to create engagement and commitment
· An analytical approach and be an advocate of best practice
· A consultative and assertive approach to coaching and change management

Administrator Support – Industrial Services
Location: Hybrid. Stokenchurch. One day per week in the office Salary: £26-£28k DOE Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: 37.5 hours
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator Support professional to join our Industrial Services team.
This is a key role at the heart of operations — supporting billing, invoicing, scheduling, and coordination of inspections, while ensuring accuracy across multiple systems and maintaining a high level of customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing
Billing & Invoicing
· Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
· Collate and process supplier and customer invoices
· Match invoices to purchase orders and contractual agreements
· Resolve any discrepancies in billing documentation
Purchase Orders
· Raise and manage purchase orders in line with business requirements
· Ensure alignment with agreed budgets and terms
· Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
Data & Systems Management
· Accurately input and manage data across multiple internal systems
· Maintain clear, organised, and up-to-date records
· Ensure consistency and integrity of information across platforms
Operations Coordination
· Schedule and coordinate industrial services inspections
· Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery
· Support efficient planning and execution of operational activities
· Customer Liaison
· Act as a key point of contact for customer queries
· Provide support on bookings, invoicing, and service-related requests
· Build positive relationships and deliver a high standard of service
About You

Essential Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative or support role
· Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial or data tasks
· Experience with invoicing, billing, and purchase order processes
· Comfortable working across multiple systems and databases
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment
Desirable
· Experience within industrial services, inspections, or a similar sector
· Familiarity with financial systems and processes

Vehicle Inspections Engineer – Associate

We are looking for experienced Vehicle Inspection Engineers to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting high-quality vehicle inspections across Shrewsbury, Wrexham, and Ludlow!
The Role
As a Self-Employed Vehicle Inspection Engineer, you will carry out a variety of inspection types — including pre-purchase inspections and warranty evaluations — to the highest possible standard. You will work to pre-arranged appointments coordinated by our Stokenchurch-based deployment team, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Completing thorough, accurate vehicle inspections in line with company standards.
· Producing detailed, unambiguous inspection reports using company templates.
· Maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
· Supporting pilot programmes and new customer initiatives when required.
· Travelling within your designated area and occasionally beyond when necessary.
About You
· We’re looking for skilled technical professionals with:
· A minimum of 7 years’ experience in formal vehicle maintenance, servicing, or MOT.
· City & Guilds Level 3 or HNC/HND equivalent qualification (IMI or IRTE membership desirable).
· Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
· The ability to write clear, detailed, and accurate reports.
· A methodical, analytical approach to inspections and decision making.
You must also have:
· A clean UK driving licence, your own transport with business use insurance
· Your own tools, and equipment in good working order.
· A limited company with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and Employers Liability insurance
