We are now recruiting for a number of Trainers to work with us, delivering classroom training to the group of up to 25 learners, either broken down into two 4-hour sessions or one 8-hour session, with regular breaks.
Your role will be primarily responsible for giving comprehensive information, advice, support and guidance to answer questions related to shipment delivery, correct manual handling, vehicle and defect reporting, safety driving and on-road behaviour, personal and customer safety, traffic rules.
It would be great if you had some experience in these areas.
In addition to this, as one of our Trainer’s you will be responsible for:
- Checking in and confirming attendance for each course.
- Delivering PowerPoint presentations to the group up to 30 learners in a classroom setting.
- Engaging with attendees on various activities during the presentation.
- Assessing and ensuring that participants have the required skills to effectively and safely perform the driving duties.
- Supervising of course participants, undertake health and safety checks for learners on programme.
- Collecting feedback from attendees and prepare summarized review of each course.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications:
- A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver accurate information
- Must display previous experience in coaching / training environment
- A committed, positive approach to encourage and support new and existing members of staff.
- A good standard of computer literacy.
- Instructor qualifications beneficial but training will be provided.
- NRI qualification desirable, but not essential.

Your role will involve managing bookings, attendance, venue arrangements, payments and remote support to trainers.
In addition to this, as our Training Scheduling / Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing project timelines.
- Communicating effectively with trainers and external stakeholders.

Vehicle Inspections – About the role:

There is currently no requirement for any form of written reporting following any cosmetic inspection. Inspections will be field or site based.
You will respond to instructions from our Stokenchurch based deployment centre that will arrange appointments on your behalf, broadly within a defined geographic region.
Our inspections cover: End of Lease/Contract Hire, Pre purchase inspections, warranty evaluations and audits.
This role will also require you to complete and deliver Audit reports in accordance with the company’s templates and reporting guidelines. All reports must be legible, timely and accurate you must have great attention to detail.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous experience in formal vehicle maintenance, servicing or MOT.
- A City and Guilds level 3 or an NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance.
- It would be great if you were a member of the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) or IRTE (Institute of Road Transport Engineers).
- Bodyshop background either as a Panel Beater, Sprayer or Smart Repairer
- Bodyshop experience at a Supervisor or Manager level
- Estimating experience either physical or desktop
- It would be great if you had Audatex and / or VDA accreditation but this is not essential.

- Define and implement best practises and training in Power BI – improving usage, self-service and self-manage within 12mths
- Manage your own technical expertise such that the role is a meaningful Power BI SME within the business.
- Working with the supplier, uses accurate data analysis to predict trends and fluctuations in network activity.
- Is responsible for the ongoing management, timings and input to the Forecast and costs with the intention to handover over operating model to VWG UK FTE’s .

In addition to this as our Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
Inbound Lead Response – Responding to inbound leads from calls, emails, webforms, Sales Forces etc, in most cases you will make contact new leads to qualify and convert into business opportunities for the Business development team.
Outbound Lead Generation – Prospecting for new leads, prospecting within our existing client accounts collaboratively with directors and global sales, connecting on LinkedIn and using Sales Navigator, emailing prospects and handing over to our business development team when qualified.
Small Account Management – Handling and closing deals with small accounts, upselling and cross selling to existing accounts and reaching out and setting up meetings for our Business Development team.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Management – Researching and expanding accounts, identifying key businesses and establishing direct contacts across client organisations.
Building and Refining Sustainability Services – Responsible for collecting customer feedback on sustainability services to refine the marketing and propositions.
Building Best Practice – Collaborate with other Inside Sales functions to own all sustainability related services and ensure a seamless journey for the customer.
In order to be successful in this role it would be great if you had:
An academic background in all subjects related to sustainability, and Environment, Social and Governance.
- A strong desire to be involved in sales and business development activities, particularly in sustainability services.

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to conduct vehicle inspections to an exceptionally high standard ensuring quality, accuracy, efficiency and in a professional and courteous manner. There are several types of inspection covering such activities as pre purchase inspections and warranty evaluations. The core responsibilities of this role representing DEKRA Automotive Limited are to deliver an outstanding customer experience, an exceptional inspection standard and present an extremely professional report.
• To represent DEKRA Automotive Limited delivering vehicle inspections at the clients’ address as directed by our office-based deployment team
• Complete and deliver inspection reports after each visit in accordance with the company’s templates and reporting guidelines. All reports must be legible, timely and free from any ambiguity
• To support the Operations Manager in piloting new initiatives or programmes for customers exercising reasonable flexibility if required to travel outside your designated geographic territory
Knowledge, Experience & Qualification:
• Two years previous experience in formal vehicle maintenance, servicing or MOT
• City & City Level 3 or an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
• Preferably be a member of the IMI or IRTE
• Onboard with DEKRA via a LTD company or Umbrella Company
• Meet DEKRA minimum insurance requirements
• Hold Motor Trade Road Risk insurance

FORS Bronze Auditor – Job Purpose:
Field-based Fleet Operations Recognition Scheme (FORS) Bronze Auditors are required on an Associate basis, you will be responsible for conducting on-site audits of FORS members, to a defined criterion and identify action plans and best practise.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must have experience of working in a transport environment and hold a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competency for a minimum of two years.
- Complete and deliver Audit reports in accordance with the company’s templates and reporting guidelines. All reports must be legible, timely and accurate you must have great attention to detail.
- Experience in assessing road transport operations, following quality management systems and processes.
- You will be working alongside our client’s operators so you must always have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of professionals.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required including the ability to produce reports
Knowledge, Experience & Qualification:
- Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme requirements ideally be a FORS Accredited Auditor to Bronze level.
