- Safe and compliant delivery of shipments
- Correct manual handling techniques
- Vehicle checks and defect reporting
- On-road behaviour and driving safety
- Personal safety and customer care
- Understanding and following traffic regulations
- Delivering remote presentations and interactive training activities
- Assessing and supporting driver learners, ensuring key skills and safety procedures are understood and followed
- Monitoring and recording training participation and effectiveness
- Responding to training queries and supporting course attendees
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of delivery operations and training practices
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance training and safety standards
- A full, valid driving licence and vehicle.
- Onboard with DEKRA via a LTD company or Umbrella Company
- Meet DEKRA minimum insurance requirements
- Provide your own equipment.
- Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or teaching (ideally digitally or remotely)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience within the delivery/automotive industry or social work
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Experience working with digital training tools
