Training Support Specialist – Home Based

- Create and manage online session links, invitations, and participant accounts.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and session compliance documentation.
- Administer online sessions, ensuring quality, compliance, and accurate reporting.
- Monitor chat and provide live technical support during sessions.
- Support trainers during live sessions and act as a back-up if needed.
- Track participant progress, module completion, and training outcomes.
- Collect, analyse, and act on participant feedback.
- Assist with training-related inquiries and event tracking.
- Record, monitor, and evaluate curriculum and quality data.
- Stay updated with system developments and company procedures.
- Report and escalate risks or performance issues as necessary.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet objectives.
- Uphold and promote DEKRA Automotive’s Environmental & Quality Management Systems and policies.
- Proven experience in customer handling and support, with a focus on resolving inquiries and providing assistance professionally and courteously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously with initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with online meeting platforms and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, particularly in a training, educational or social environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Deliver Driver Trainer

- Safe and compliant delivery of shipments

Technical Engineer (Regional Based)
Location: Regional (UK-based). Homebased with occasional client & dealership visits. Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Competitive, DOE + Car Allowance and Benefits. - Provide technical helpdesk support, resolving product issues.
- Diagnose and resolve engineering problems using the DAF Trucks Diagnostic Methodology and “first-time fix” approach.
- Support Sales Engineers in new vehicle setups and specification checks.
- Conduct field visits and investigations to improve customer satisfaction and reduce vehicle downtime.
- Support Dealer Diagnostic Technicians in the field.
- Produce timely and accurate technical documentation and visit reports.
- Act as a liaison with DAF Trucks factory on engineering matters and support new product rollouts.
- Advise dealers and bodybuilders/customers on vehicle conversions and options.
- Experience in heavy vehicle engineering.
- BTEC HNC/HND or equivalent in Motor Vehicle, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Indentured apprenticeship.
- Valid UK driving licence, including HGV.
- Driver CPC.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Performance & Coaching Manager
Location: The successful candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands, North East, North West or Scotland. The role is home based with regular requirement to travel to various client locations. - Providing expert remote guidance to the Retailer network to help identify and resolve technical product issues.

- Representing DEKRA Automotive Limited delivering vehicle inspections at the clients’ address.
- Completing and delivering inspection reports after each visit.
- Supporting the Operations Manager in piloting new initiatives or programmes.
- Completing cosmetic vehicle inspections of bodywork condition, identifying substandard repairs.
- Completing and delivering OEM dealer audit assessments reports.
- Proven mechanical experience in formal vehicle maintenance, servicing or MOT.
- Desired however not essential A City & Guilds Level 3 or an NVW Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance.
- Preferably a member of the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) or IRTE (Institute of Road Transport Engineers).
- Strong team working skills with the ability to contribute to the development of new procedures to improve the performance of the business.

Location: Scotland and Midlands. Contract: Associate Hourly Rate: National minimum wage to £25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Possess a recognised auditing qualification and experience.
- Should be well presented, articulate and possess excellent communication skills.
- Will have a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach in a face paced environment.
