We’re seeking a Nissan Used Car Performance Manager to work in partnership with Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd, supporting the growth and profitability of its franchised dealer network.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded automotive professional to make a real impact — driving excellence in used car operations through coaching, data insight, and operational support.
About the Role
As a key member of the DEKRA field team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Nissan Intelligent Choice – Nissan’s official Used Car Programme.
Working directly with dealers across the UK, you’ll provide expert guidance to enhance stock management, compliance, sales processes, and customer experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with Nissan and DEKRA colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-performing national approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Driving development, engagement, and compliance with the Nissan Intelligent Choice Programme.
· Partnering with dealer teams to identify performance gaps and commercial opportunities.
· Supporting underperforming sites through coaching, diagnostics, and clear action planning.
· Promoting dealer participation in Nissan Motor GB initiatives and programmes.
· Delivering best-practice training in used car operations and performance management.
· Building strong, trusted relationships with dealer principals, NMGB stakeholders, and partners.
· Producing accurate and insightful reports that drive continuous improvement.

Role Purpose
The Used Car Sales Support Data Analyst will play a key role in providing accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and analysis to support the Audi UK Used Car Team and Retailer Network.
This role is responsible for producing outcome and performance reporting, handling and manipulating large data sets, and ensuring accuracy across project systems. The role will also collaborate with programme leadership to evolve reporting tools, enhance insight, and identify opportunities to improve operational and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage regular daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for the Audi Used Car Team and Audi Retailer Network.
· Create new sales, composite, and quality reporting as required by the Audi Used Car Team.
· Develop and deliver automated reporting outputs into PowerPoint and PDF formats.
· Work closely with the Programme Manager to develop, evolve, and improve project insight reporting.
· Ensure project administration is completed accurately and reliably.
· Monitor and analyse performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
· Support monthly operational reviews with clear, actionable insight.
· Collaborate with the Audi Used Car Process and Reporting Manager on projects and programmes, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
· Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
· Expertise in manipulating and interpreting large data sets within Excel.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA Macros for report automation and integration with PowerPoint/PDF formats.
· Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, able to present complex information clearly.
· Highly numerate and data literate with the ability to extract meaningful insights.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey data insights in a clear and concise manner to different audiences.
· Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to contribute to the success of the Audi Used Car Programme.
Desirable
· Experience working within the automotive or sales environment.
· Knowledge of dealer networks or used car sales processes.

The Role
As a Self-Employed Vehicle Inspection Engineer, you will carry out a variety of inspection types — including pre-purchase inspections and warranty evaluations — to the highest possible standard. You will work to pre-arranged appointments coordinated by our Stokenchurch-based deployment team, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Completing thorough, accurate vehicle inspections in line with company standards.
· Producing detailed, unambiguous inspection reports using company templates.
· Maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
· Supporting pilot programmes and new customer initiatives when required.
· Travelling within your designated area and occasionally beyond when necessary.
About You
· We’re looking for skilled technical professionals with:
· A minimum of 7 years’ experience in formal vehicle maintenance, servicing, or MOT.
· City & Guilds Level 3 or HNC/HND equivalent qualification (IMI or IRTE membership desirable).
· Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
· The ability to write clear, detailed, and accurate reports.
· A methodical, analytical approach to inspections and decision making.
You must also have:
· A clean UK driving licence, your own transport with business use insurance
· Your own tools, and equipment in good working order.
· A limited company with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance

We are now looking for an experienced Inspections Operations Manager to lead and support our Cosmetic Vehicle Inspection Services team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade and leadership experience who thrives on building client relationships, driving performance, and managing high-performing inspection teams.
As Inspections Operations Manager, you will:
· Lead, mentor and develop our Cosmetic Vehicle Inspector team.
· Manage inspection quality control and ensure accuracy, providing feedback to continuously improve performance.
· Build strong partnerships with key clients, attending review meetings (in person and via Teams) to develop services and identify growth opportunities.
· Oversee daily operations for key accounts, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

· Support wider inspection services, including providing cover for Mechanical Vehicle Inspections during holidays.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
· Proven motor trade experience, ideally with cosmetic/bodyshop or repair background (MET, PDR, SMART repair knowledge beneficial).
· Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
· Good commercial awareness with budget and P&L experience is desirable.
· Strong client-facing and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
· Organised, structured, and results-driven approach.
· Understanding of Audatex and/or VDA qualifications would be an advantage (not essential).
