Location: The successful candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands, North East, North West or Scotland. The role is home based with regular requirement to travel to various client locations. We are now recruiting for a Special Projects Manager to assume responsibility for the development and delivery of coaching & performance improvement programme content that drives several KPIs through the upskilling and performance of relevant individuals for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering a diverse number of projects with a number of recognised brands, primarily in the automotive sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Work independently, proactively and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Deliver Face to Face coaching to improve results and customer experience on a range of topics
Review, develop & create content that meets the changing requirements of our clients
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively communicate to clients but also internal stakeholders
Develop, measure and communicate the performance of programmes with Key Stakeholders
Provide all data and information required by the programmes within strict deadlines
Regularly communicate with the client and programme leader
Professionally and effectively represent the Client and DEKRA Automotive and comply with general and departmental procedures
Change management, project management, and other relevant professional qualifications are desirable

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Content Creator to join our Learning Studio team. We are looking for someone to join our team who can own, design, develop and deliver engaging, creative, content rich digital media solutions for a wide and varied range of clients.

Using innovative digital solutions to bring learning to life, in this role, you will design and develop interactive e-learning content, high-quality graphics, animations, illustrations and multimedia materials. You will be responsible for delivering a diverse number of projects with a number of recognised brands, primarily in the automotive sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
Create visually compelling graphics, brochures and layouts using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Design and optimise engaging digital content for various methods of delivery.
Engage effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Ability to interpret client needs effectively, understand and develop learning briefs, scope out end-user learning journeys, storyboarding, script and detailed running order creation.
Design and develop creative and engaging new digital learning content solutions on a range of topics that are on Brand and of the highest quality.
Stay up to date with e-learning trends and digital learning innovations.
Report regularly and accurately on your activities and project progress.
Attend meetings as required at DEKRA offices and remotely.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a talented Digital Learning Content Creator to join our team and bring learning to life through innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will design and develop interactive e-learning content, high-quality graphics and multimedia materials. You will be someone who can own, design, develop and deliver engaging, creative, content rich digital media solutions for a wide and varied range of clients.

Key skills that we require:

A creative mindset with the ability to translate learning objectives into engaging digital experiences.
Strong skills in Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to work as part of a team with multiple stakeholders and on your own initiative.
Ability to be organised, work efficiently and working across multiple projects managing your time effectively and meeting set deadlines.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Be able to create content that conforms to brand identity standards and compliments their design look and feel.
Ability to produce a varied range of digital resources including written articles, presentations, videos and infographics.
Ability to act upon feedback and input in a positive way.

Desirable skills:

The ability to enhance learning content with video production, motion graphics, animation and multimedia storytelling.
Videography, editing, motion graphics and animation. (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Character Animator)

We are now recruiting for an ESG Senior Consultant to assume responsibility for conducting sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with ESG standards and environmental permitting.

Your role will involve working with large corporate clients to assess their ESG disclosures, asset risks, particularly focusing on greenhouse gas emissions, water management and waste reduction!

In addition to this as our ESG Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:

Being the subject matter expert for all aspects of ESG.
Managing clients through the ESG process to a point of Compliance (Certification).
Building and expanding our office to deliver additional value to the team.
Identifying opportunities and solutions within the Sustainability Services area.
Providing EcoVadis improvements by offering advice and implementing sustainable changes.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Master’s degree in a sustainability services-related area, such as, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
Four years of commercial/customer facing experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields is essential.
A deep understanding of all aspects of the ESG subject.
Consulting and or Auditing experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ESG and related sustainability services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for effectively communicating to clients but also internal stakeholders.
Experience in leading small teams on projects across different regions and locations worldwide.
Business change, project management, and other relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
Membership with a relevant environmental, social, or governance institution for sustainability, such as the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment or Society for the Environment.
Experience with environmental permits and pollution monitoring, including liaising with the Environment Agency and managing contractors, as well as applicability of legislation such as the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD).
Desirable ISO 14001 Lead Auditor experience or equivalent, including conducting internal environmental audits, ensuring compliance with environmental management.
Experience with digital ESG reporting platforms is desirable.
Experience with EcoVadis is also desirable.
Certification in the field of sustainability is an advantage.
