We are now recruiting for a Digital Content Creator Designer to join our Learning Studio team. We are looking for someone to join our team who can own, design, develop and deliver engaging, creative, content rich digital media solutions for a wide and varied range of clients.

Using innovative digital solutions to bring learning to life, in this role, you will design and develop interactive e-learning content, high-quality graphics, animations, illustrations and multimedia materials. You will be responsible for delivering a diverse number of projects with a number of recognised brands, primarily in the automotive sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Work independently, proactively and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Review, develop & create content that meets the changing requirements of our clients
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively communicate to clients but also internal stakeholders
Regularly communicate with the client and programme leader
Professionally and effectively represent the Client and DEKRA Automotive and comply with general and departmental procedures

We are now recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to take full responsibility for the Sales Ledger across all DAL profit centres. You will use initiative, a systematic approach and meticulous attention to detail when preparing the monthly revenue figures.

In addition to this as our Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:

Sales Ledger:

Raising sales invoices on behalf of our clients by analysing work completed from DAL Salesforce proposals & utilising the SAP Invoicing procedures
Raising sales invoices for DEKEX clients as captured in VIMS
Owning the end-to-end process of work completed for GAIN clients and ensuring these values are then Invoiced to the appropriate client
Ensuring accurate values & information is captured on all Invoices
Dealing with invoicing queries both internally and externally in an effective and timely manner

Credit Control:

Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments
Ensuring outstanding debt is kept to a minimum by maintaining regular contact with customers and building professional relationships with them, by following the Dunning process
Each month, issue to the SMT the Aged Debt report with comments on Debts >3 months old & progress to date, ensuring their active engagement in collecting the outstanding debt
Debtor reporting (including DSO) and analysis for month end Finance reviews

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

Must be able to demonstrate previous experience of SAP, however training can be provided
An intermediate user of Excel with the ability to use formulas / Pivot Tables and analyse data.
Use of Word at an Intermediate level.
Experience in an accounts department of a similar size with core responsibilities of Accounts Receivable.
Able to handle high volumes of invoicing (50-100 per month)
Accounting qualification such as AAT or similar is desirable, but not essential.
Able to work under pressure, with a can-do attitude and incredible multi-tasking skills.
Good written English skills.
The ability to work on your own initiative.

We are now recruiting for an ESG Senior Consultant to assume responsibility for conducting sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with ESG standards and environmental permitting.

Your role will involve working with large corporate clients to assess their ESG disclosures, asset risks, particularly focusing on greenhouse gas emissions, water management and waste reduction!

In addition to this as our ESG Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:

Being the subject matter expert for all aspects of ESG.
Managing clients through the ESG process to a point of Compliance (Certification).
Building and expanding our office to deliver additional value to the team.
Identifying opportunities and solutions within the Sustainability Services area.
Providing EcoVadis improvements by offering advice and implementing sustainable changes.
Having expertise on supply chains by coordinating the completion of assessments.
Keeping abreast of UK, EU and global legislation, industry and market trends, competition and best practice.
Ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with DEKRA’s policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Master’s degree in a sustainability services-related area, such as, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
Four years of commercial/customer facing experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields is essential.
A deep understanding of all aspects of the ESG subject.
Consulting and or Auditing experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ESG and related sustainability services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for effectively communicating to clients but also internal stakeholders.
Experience in leading small teams on projects across different regions and locations worldwide.
Business change, project management, and other relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
Membership with a relevant environmental, social, or governance institution for sustainability, such as the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment or Society for the Environment.
Experience with environmental permits and pollution monitoring, including liaising with the Environment Agency and managing contractors, as well as applicability of legislation such as the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD).
Desirable ISO 14001 Lead Auditor experience or equivalent, including conducting internal environmental audits, ensuring compliance with environmental management.
Experience with digital ESG reporting platforms is desirable.
Experience with EcoVadis is also desirable.
Certification in the field of sustainability is an advantage.
