Fire & Explosion Risk Prevention

Fire & Explosion Risk Prevention
Electrostatic Training
The course is specifically designed for people who need to determine the fire and explosion risks associated with electrostatic discharges, in order to meet the requirements of the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002. It will help the delegate recognise where electrostatic discharges could occur and where these could ignite a flammable atmosphere and will then address practical measures that can be taken to eliminate or control those risks. As part of this, it will cover the electrostatic risks posed by people entering potential flammable atmospheres, and the measures to control these risks e.g. personal protective equipment.

A key aspect to our courses is for our delegates to gain the knowledge and solutions applicable to their own situations, so numbers are capped to ensure we have sufficient time for your feedback and early booking is therefore recommended.
